Role – BNG/Landscape Consultant
Location - Birmingham (hybrid working)
Salary - £DOE
Start Date – Early 2025
We are looking for an experienced BNG/Landscape Consultant for a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Central Birmingham. The role will involve providing BNG offsets, HMP, and general landscape/ecology alignment across the company’s project portfolio along with collaboration with both the landscape and ecology teams, ensuring cohesive integration of BNG into their projects.
They are a well-established practice with a relaxed, down-to-earth approach to creating spaces where people and nature feel at home together. They focus on boosting biodiversity, using green infrastructure and water-friendly landscaping to make sure wildlife can thrive even in urban areas. Their work is all about balance—crafting practical, inviting spaces that support nature without sacrificing the needs of the community.
BNG/LANDSCAPE CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS
- In-depth knowledge of Biodiversity Net Gain and Habitat Management Plans
- Understanding of BNG offsetting
- Experience with landscape design, planning, or BNG assessments
- Strong organisational and communication skills to work effectively across disciplines
- Driving Licence
