We are looking for an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their friendly, innovative team. If you're passionate about creating sustainable, vibrant urban spaces and want to make a meaningful impact on communities, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Role Responsibilities
As the Senior Town Planner, you’ll drive development proposals forward, guide projects through the planning process, and work closely with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities. Your deep understanding of UK planning policy will help ensure that our projects meet all the necessary requirements while adding real value to the places we’re transforming.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with strong experience in town planning, particularly in master planning and regeneration. Ideally, you’re a Chartered Planner (RTPI) with a proven track record in delivering successful planning projects. You’re also someone who is passionate about sustainability and creating spaces that have a positive social impact. If you’re an excellent communicator who can work with a wide range of people.
