Who we're currently talking to!

The demand for experienced Landscape Architects across the UK is still really high, and while traditional advertising now generates little or no response we’re leveraging the position we hold in the market, rather than relying on applications.

After more than 15 years recruiting landscape architects, we have the network, following and database that allow us to work in a way that isn’t dependent on advertising or reactive candidate flow.

Our approach is simple. We ask people for a chat!

Over the past month, we’ve had more than 50 informal conversations with landscape architects about their thoughts on the industry, their current roles and projects, and if they were to move in the future, what might prompt that move?

It´s not guaranteed, and our opinion is based on individual discussions, but the list below highlights those we think could be open to a change, under the right circumstances.

As with all recruitment though, it will vary from person to person depending on timing, priorities and opportunity.
