Role – Arboricultural Consultant
Location – Sussex
Salary – £30 - £32K DOE
We have a new, exciting opportunity for an Arboricultural Consultant based in or around East Sussex. We are looking for an Arboricultural Consultant for a multidisciplinary consultancy who employ a team of Arboricultural Consultants, Ecologists and Landscape Architects.The role will involve undertaking tree surveys for projects to BS 5837:2012, undertaking Health and Safety Tree Surveys, Visual Tree Assessments (VTA), aerial tree inspections for bat potential, preparing Arboricultural survey reports, Arboricultural impact assessments and Arboricultural method statements.
SENIOR ARBORICULTURAL CONSUNTANT KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Level 3 Arboricultural qualification
- Experienced in undertaking tree surveys and preparing reports to BS 5837:2012;
- Confidence in planning and managing your own portfolio of work
- Demonstrable experience delivering Arboricultural reports to within expected timeframes
- Excellent IT skills
- Experienced with QGIS and AutoCAD
- A full & clean driving licence is essential
- Excellent report writing skills
- Professional membership to the Arboricultural Association
