
Role – Assistant Landscape Architect
Location – Gloucestershire
Salary – £DOE
Our client, a friendly and creative landscape design studio in Cirencester is looking for an Assistant Landscape Architect to join their team. It’s a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to build their skills, work on interesting projects, and learn from experienced designers. They work on a wide mix of projects including private gardens, leisure sites, housing schemes, heritage landscapes, tourism developments, and large masterplans. Some are contemporary in style, others more traditional, and often the work involves collaborating with architects, planners, and other specialists.
The role will include getting involved at every stage of the design process, from first ideas and sketches, through planning and tender, right up to seeing the finished result. Projects are varied, so no two days will be the same, and there’s plenty of scope to be creative and try new things.
YOU WILL HAVE
- A degree in landscape architecture
- Excellent CAD skills
- The ability to produce visuals and graphics (3D skills are a bonus)
- Vectorworks and Adobe InDesign experience would be great, but not essential
