Role – Associate Landscape Architect
Location – London/Hybrid
Salary - £55K+ DOE
Our client, a well-established design studio is looking for an Associate Landscape Architect to join its landscape team. The role is hands-on and design-focused, with real input into the direction of projects rather than sitting in the background. You’ll help shape ideas from early concepts through planning and technical stages alongside people who care about good design and communication.
There are around 34 landscape people split across three offices, so you’ve got others to bounce ideas off and ask questions when needed. Being in the office four days a week also makes life easier. You can just talk things through rather than booking calls for everything
The office is easy to get to via public transport, so commuting is easy. The hybrid setup asks for four days a week in the office and offers good exposure to the wider design teams.
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING
Lots of the good stuff! The work spans residential-led regeneration, mixed-use schemes, parks, courtyards, streets and wider public realm. You’ll collaborate closely with architects and urban designers, contribute to planning submissions, present ideas, review drawings and support juniors as they grow. The studio environment is active and creative and there’s space for your voice to be heard. It’s the kind of environment where you can actually say what you think and help shape the work as it develops.
