Role - Chartered Landscape Architect
Location - Hertfordshire
Salary - £32 - £38K
 
We are looking for a Chartered Landscape Architect for a well-known studio based in Hertfordshire. They are a medium sized practice, established for nearly 30 years who offer a variety of Landscape Design Services for projects throughout the UK and internationally.
They are looking for a Chartered Landscape Architect with the ability to run several jobs at once. You will initially be briefed by a director or Associate and afterwards you will take ownership of the project with a senior member of the team.
 
CHARTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT REQUIREMENTS
  • A Degree in Landscape Architecture
  • The ability to take responsibility for the daily running of landscape projects at varying stages
  • Excellent client liaison skills including design team co-ordination, managing assistants and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient with Autodesk AutoCAD
  • Excellent plant knowledge and planting design skills
  • Demonstrable experience in the production of hard landscape design and detailing
  • Excellent written, drawn and verbal communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
ADVANTAGEOUS
  • Landscape & Visual Impact Assessment experience
  • Adobe In-Design for desk-top publishing
  • Sketch-Up
  • BIM level 2
