Role – Chartered Landscape Architect

Our client, a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking to recruit a Chartered Landscape Architect in Devon. The studio has a strong reputation across the UK, combining landscape architecture, ecology, masterplanning and environmental services. The local office offers the feel of a close-knit team, while still being part of a much larger and well-resourced business with a diverse project portfolio.
The team works across a wide range of projects, including large scale residential developments, mixed use schemes, and environmentally sensitive sites. There is also exposure to projects involving green infrastructure, regeneration and strategic land promotion, often working closely with in house ecology and environmental teams to deliver well rounded solutions.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will take a key role in delivering a mix of projects across the planning and design spectrum. Work is likely to include residential, mixed use and environmentally sensitive schemes.
CHARTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Leading landscape design and assessment work across all stages
- Producing and reviewing LVIA reports
- Supporting planning applications and working alongside internal disciplines
- Managing client relationships and contributing to project delivery
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
ABOUT YOU
- A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute or on the P2C
- Experience working on UK based landscape projects
- Strong background in LVIA and or landscape design
- Comfortable working within a multi-disciplinary environment
- Clear and confident communication skills
