Role - Consultant Landscape Architect
Location – Exeter
Salary - £36 - £45K
 
We are working with an employee-owned consultancy in Exeter who employ a friendly team of Landscape Architects and Urban Designers. They work on exciting regeneration, masterplanning and public realms. They are proud of their work to deliver a landscape-led vision for sustainable and inclusive growth across the UK.
 
They are looking for a Consultant Landscape architect with a creative and open outlook and circa 5 years’ experience who can lead on landscape design and public realm projects.
 
CONSULTANT LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • A degree in Landscape Architecture
  • A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
  • Strong conceptual landscape and public realm design skills
  • Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
  • Technical experience in detailed design packages through to delivery of projects on site
  • Experience of working with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Good experience with all RIBA stages, project running, team leading, and consultant liaison
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, AutoCAD and Rhino
  • Good capability in technical design packages
  • A full UK driving licence
