Role - Landscape Architect
Location - Devon
Salary - £32 - £45K

We are looking for a Landscape Architect for a multidisciplinary practice in Devon. The ideal Landscape Architect will show good commercial awareness and have proven skills of managing challenging projects and have excellent technical ability and plant knowledge. The role will include developing hard and soft landscape designs for a range of developments at all design stages, from concept masterplanning through to detailed design, including specifications.

The successful Landscape Architect will become involved in a variety of innovating public and private sector schemes.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working closely with design groups to support project teams in creating sustainable landscape designs
  • CMLI
  • Developing projects from concept stages through to the detailed design
  • Representing the practice at client meetings and site meetings as appropriate
  • Supervising where appropriate the Assistant Landscape Architects
  • Undertaking site visits, resolving site queries, and inspecting work implemented by the contractor
  • Overseeing the work of external landscape consultants if required
