Role - Landscape Architect
Location - Berkshire
Salary - £26 - £30K
Lead careers are working with a specialist International Urban Planning and Design consultancy who are looking to expand their Berkshire team. The company focus on Regional Planning, Urban Design, Architecture and Landscape Design as core disciplines to global markets with particular emphasis on new community planning, urban renewal, mixed-use planning and public realm design. They do work on European schemes within thew UK and France but the core workstreams are in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Qatar and UAE) and Asia (Chine and Malaysia)
They are currently looking for an Assistant to Mid-level Landscape Architect with approx 1-3 years professional experience. Middle East experience is desirable but not essential. This is an amazing opportunity to work on some award-winning International schemes allowing huge diversity for your career. If International work has always been a passion, this is the role for you!
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT IDEAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree and diploma or MA in landscape architecture (or equivalent)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
- Excellent graphic, verbal and written communication skills
- Confident when presenting work to new and existing clients
- Have good knowledge of the UK Planning process & Building Regulations
- Ability to prioritise workload and focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Technically competent and able to work to deadlines
