Role - Landscape Architect (Remote)
Location - Kent - Office 2 days a week
Salary - £30 - £34K
Lead Careers are working with a multidisciplinary consultancy based in Kent who are looking for a BNG Specialist to Join their team. Their work varies from beautiful homes in the countryside to a wave park, to the regeneration of a contaminated historic rail yard site, to large strategic mixed use schemes including country parks.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT IDEAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree and diploma or MA in landscape architecture (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
- Excellent graphic, verbal and written communication skills
- Confident when presenting work to new and existing clients
- Have good knowledge of the UK Planning process & Building Regulations
- Ability to prioritise workload and focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Technically competent and able to work to deadlines
