Role - Landscape Architect with LVIA
Location - North Yorkshire
Salary - £30 - £35K
 
Lead Careers are recruiting for a multi-disciplinary practice based in North Yorkshire who work on a strong pipeline of large scale residential and renewable energy developments, in addition to a varied workload with the eco-tourism, commercial and industrial sectors.
 
They are looking for a Landscape Architect with an understanding of LVIA´s. The successful applicant will work as part of their growing landscape team alongside in house Planning Consultants, Civil Engineers, and other environmental specialists on projects across the UK.
 
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT IDEAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree and diploma or MA in landscape architecture 
  • Working towards or have Chartered Member Status of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
  • Excellent graphic, verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident when presenting work to new and existing clients
  • Have good knowledge of the UK Planning process & Building Regulations
  • Ability to prioritise workload and focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Technically competent and able to work to deadlines
