Role – Landscape Architect/Planner
Location – Bristol

Our client, a multi-award-winning studio is looking for a Landscape Architect/Planner to join its growing team. With a strong track record and a wide range of services, the practice works on projects that aim to make a positive impact on people, places, and the wider environment. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to bring in a Landscape Architect/Planner, ideally based in Bristol.
A people-focused studio with a supportive and inclusive culture, where different perspectives are encouraged and collaboration is a big part of how things get done. The landscape team work on a wide range of projects across the UK, including residential, private homes, affordable schemes and student accommodation, as well as schools, universities and healthcare buildings. They are also involved in commercial workplaces, transport projects and large regeneration or mixed-use developments.
 
THE ROLE
This would suit someone with at least 2 years’ UK experience who’s comfortable working across all RIBA stages. There’s also the chance to get involved in project management depending on experience. The work covers a mix of sectors, offering good variety day to day.
 
 
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture
  • Working towards or already chartered (CMLI)
  • At least 2 years’ UK experience
  • Experience delivering projects from early stages through to completion
  • Good planting knowledge
  • Confident using Revit
 
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Supporting design work across a range of projects
  • Helping with LVIAs and planning-related work
  • Producing drawings and technical information using Revit
  • Carrying out site appraisals and identifying opportunities and constraints
  • Working with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
  • Getting involved in bids and wider team support
  • Attending meetings and site visits
  • Helping keep projects on track and running smoothly
