Role –Landscape Architect/Planner
Location – Cheshire/Flexible
Salary – £DOE
We’re looking for a talented Landscape Architect with proven experience in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) to join a growing team in Cheshire. The role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of projects across the UK, from infrastructure and renewable energy to residential and commercial developments.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Producing high-quality LVIAs, landscape appraisals, and supporting reports
- Contributing to masterplanning, green infrastructure strategies, and landscape design
- Supporting planning applications with clear, well-structured technical outputs
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Undertaking site visits and assessments
IDEAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
- A qualified Landscape Architect with experience in LVIA and landscape planning
- Strong report writing and graphic communication skills (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS desirable)
- Ability to manage workloads and deliver to deadlines
- A proactive and collaborative approach
- Full right to work in the UK
