Role – Landscape Manager
Location – Kent
Salary – Up to £41K depending on experience
An award-winning Landscape Institute registered practice is looking to recruit a Landscape Manager based in Kent. Their landscape team provides a comprehensive range of landscape planning, architecture and management services across the UK for various major infrastructure projects, green infrastructure studies, parkland plans and the Homes England Green Estates management project.
ABOUT THE ROLE
They are looking for an experienced landscape manager to join their established Kent team and undertake landscape stewardship, implementation and strategy work on regeneration areas, agricultural land, development sites, major infrastructure projects and a range of public open spaces. This position requires both field and office work, and the successful applicant will be expected to travel to various sites throughout the UK.
LANDSCAPE MANAGER KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Landscape Management
- Chartered member of Landscape Institute (CMLI) or working towards CMLI
- Experience in Environmental legislation, Landscape surveying, appraisals, management principles and techniques
- Competency in Microsoft office (essential), GIS & AutoCAD(desirable)
- Verbal and written communication skills in a commercial environment
- The ability to work well within a team whilst leading on project work
- Full clean driving licence is essential
