Role – Landscape Architect

Our client, a multidisciplinary consultancy in London looking to bring in a Landscape Planner to support a growing portfolio of UK-wide projects. The team works collaboratively across disciplines to provide joined-up advice through the planning process, helping clients understand sites, manage risk and move development projects forward with confidence.
This is a genuinely varied role where landscape planning sits alongside design, heritage and environmental inputs, giving you exposure to a broad range of work and sectors.
THE ROLE
- You’ll be involved in landscape and townscape planning work across a range of projects, contributing to the assessment, design and management of sites.
- Typical responsibilities include:
- Supporting landscape and visual impact work, including LVA and TVIA
- Contributing to landscape planning inputs within the wider planning process
- Assisting with site appraisals, assessments and reporting
- Working closely with colleagues across ecology, heritage, arboriculture and planning disciplines
- Helping to develop integrated strategies informed by site context and environmental considerations
- Supporting projects across sectors including residential, commercial and renewables
ABOUT YOU
- Background in landscape planning
- Understanding of the planning system and landscape assessment work
- Interest in multidisciplinary working and integrated environmental consultancy
- Strong written and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently within a remote or home-working environment
