For a role as a Part II Architectural Assistant or Architect, you will be working on a wide range of projects across a range of sectors. Key projects include Industrial, Commercial and Education, Residential, Healthcare and Heritage sectors. Projects will vary from small alterations to large multi-million-pound developments. It´s worth noting that the office use Revit as a primary software, so proficiency in this area is paramount, but the use of any 3D software would be acceptable.
PART II ARCHITECT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Part 2/3 with a minimum of two years’ experience working in the UK
- Exceptional skills in design and communication
- Good understanding of current planning guidelines and UK building regulations
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
- Proficient in ArchiCAD or Revit
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK
