Role - Principal Landscape Architect
Location – Bristol
Salary - £42- £50K
Lead Careers are working with an independent, multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices in across the UK.
They are recruiting for a Principal Landscape Architect for their Manchester office. They are looking for a Principal Landscape Architect with creativity, energy and passion for landscape-led place making and design. Their includes mixed-use riverside regeneration and town centre sites, new towns and urban extensions, as well as community-led estate regeneration. The role will bridge the gap between the two Associate Directors and our Landscape Architect/Graduates.
PRINCIPAL LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT IDEAL REQUIREMENTS
- A relevant degree / master’s degree in landscape architecture
- A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience delivering a wide range of projects in the UK
- Excellent skills in landscape design, landscape appraisals, landscape planning, LVIAs, feasibility studies, and mitigation strategies
- Excellent client liaison skills
- An excellent project manager
- Strong report writing skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting/mentoring junior members of staff
- A full UK driving licence
