Role – Senior Arboricultural Consultant
Location – West Midlands
Salary – £30 - £35K DOE
Lead Careers are currently working with a fast-growing Arboriculture Consultancy who are looking for a Senior Arboricultural Consultant who is based in or around the West Midlands. They provide expert advice to clients in the private and commercial sectors across the UK.
The role will involve undertaking tree surveys for construction projects to BS 5837:2012, undertaking Health and Safety Tree Surveys, Visual Tree Assessments (VTA), aerial tree inspections for bat potential, preparing Arboricultural survey reports, Arboricultural impact assessments and Arboricultural method statements. In addition you will be liaising with a wide variety of clients and providing support to ecological team.
SENIOR ARBORICULTURAL CONSUNTANT KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- A recognised qualification in arboriculture
- Experience undertaking tree surveys and preparing reports to BS 5837:2012
- The ability to Produce high-quality tree condition assessments, impact assessments, method statements and planning statements
- Excellent client liaison skills
- Confidence in planning and managing your own portfolio of work
- Demonstrable experience delivering Arboricultural reports to within expected timeframes
- Professional membership to the Arboricultural Association
- Excellent IT skills
- Experienced with QGIS and AutoCAD
- A full & clean driving licence is essential
