Role – Senior Urban Designer

Salary - £38 - £42K
Are you an experienced Senior Urban Designer looking to advance your career in Bristol?
Leadcareers are working with an employee-owned consultancy who employ a friendly team of Landscape Architects and Urban Designers. They work on exciting regeneration, masterplanning and public realm projects from their 4 UK offices.
Their work has included the transformation of major city centres including the design and delivery of city centre public realm, delivery of town centre masterplans and community-led estate regenerations. They are looking for a Senior Urban Designer to join their team and work on a variety of projects, including mixed-use masterplans, policy making, public realm strategies, new settlements, and community-led neighbourhood regeneration.
SENIOR URBAN DESIGNER KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent conceptual landscape and masterplanning design skills
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Good experience with all RIBA stages
- Experience of engagement and collaborative working on design projects
- Experience and knowledge of the UK planning system
- Proficiency in the Adobe Suite and AutoCAD
- Revit and 3D packages experience is also desirable
