Role – Senior/Associate Landscape Architect
Location - London
Salary - £45 - £50K DOE
We are pleased to be working with a Landscape Architecture Studio in London who are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect with potential to become an Associate. They are looking for a someone with excellent design and project management skills to lead a wide variety of projects.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
A forward-thinking team with strong landscape design principles. Their team works across 2 UK offices, this particular role being based out of their London studio where they take in small- and large-scale projects. Work includes Estates & Gardens, Heritage & Historical, Industrial & Commercial, Masterplanning, Urban Design & Public Realm, Sports, Leisure & Education.
THE ROLE
- The successful candidate will play a key role in the management of the London office
- Running projects providing creative and technical input
- Take responsibility for building relationships with clients and commercial management of
- projects
- Contribute towards expressions of interest and bids
- Assisting in the professional development of other staff members
- Ideally full-time office based however flexible working arrangements to can be arranged to suit individual needs
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree/post graduate in Landscape Architecture
- Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
- Proven ability and experience in design
- Strong project management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office, Vectorworks / AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
